Please note that the hotel arrangement will be made by the Show Organiser. Applicants are not allowed to select their preferred hotels.

Terms & Conditions

1. The applicant MUST be an OVERSEAS TRADE BUYER in order to be eligible for this special sponsorship.
2. You and/or your company CANNOT be an EXHIBITOR of the 2024 MEGA SHOW Hong Kong in order to be eligible for this special sponsorship.
3. Each company will be eligible for only 1 single sponsorship offer.
4. Your submitted application does not automatically entitle you to this special sponsorship. The sponsorship will be provided at the total discretion of the Show Organiser. You will receive a notification from the Show Organiser to inform you of the result of your application after review and vetting.
5. You must attend 2024 MEGA SHOW-Hong Kong in person in order to claim the sponsorship.
6. The Show Organiser reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate this Buyer Sponsorship Program at any time without any prior notice.
7. In case of any dispute regarding the sponsorship program, the decision of the Show Organiser shall be both final and binding.
